Hi everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend!
I just want to give an update on how things are going behind the scenes here at Dreamvessels.
Since launching with no experience in the supplies industry back in October, we really had no idea what the demand was going to be like.. but we had faith that you all would love our products as much as we did, so we went all in and ordered a large amount of stock. The reward was to be able to offer you low prices right from the very start and I believe this to be one of our biggest strengths.
I know some people have commented that our prices are high, but if you compare ours to others in the industry, taking into account the weight of the glass and the finish applied to the vessel, I'm sure those who believe our prices are high will soon realize by far that they actually have access to some of the best prices in the industry world-wide.
The reason for this post though is that I want to address the issue of the out of stock items and the length of time that some items have been unavailable. I have recommended from the beginning that you market these as limited edition items until we had a chance to determine the demand of our different products, and I hope this has been beneficial for you to find your best selling items before giving them a permanent place in your range.
I know a lot of you are concerned that the long wait times on our out-of-stock items is going to be an ongoing issue, and I don't blame you for your concern.
So I wanted to let you all know that in recent weeks we have been in discussions with our supplier and are happy to announce that we have come to an agreement that will eliminate any long wait times moving forward.
Our next shipment is due to arrive in around 6 weeks time. Moving past that, we can then expect a constant flow of smaller orders coming into the warehouse to replenish any low / out-of-stock items, without having to wait for a whole 40ft container load of products to be manufactured and delivered.
I also want to say what a great 5 months it's been dealing with you all. You've all been so supportive and I can't tell you how much it means to me. I'm excited to see where the next 5 months will take us and I can't wait to show you all the newest items we have coming soon.

    Congratulations! And Thank You for going “all in”! These are absolutely beautiful, and very well made vessels. I totally understand the past six months have been crazy for you all but through it all you have been so wonderful. You reply to emails/concerns, you do your best to be accommodating.     HI there – thanks for the update. I have just learned about your site and was a little sad that so many pretty things were sold out.
    I am going to be opening a candle store in September and was wondering if 12 packs are the largest you will go or do you have wholesale pricing? Also would like to know if your vessels are colored glass or painted? Thank you.

    Thank you so much for all you amazing products! I love the idea of having “limited editions” because it keep customers engaged and they keep coming back because of the new items every couple of months.

    You have helped my business grow very quickly because these types of vessels are hard to come by in Montreal. Not many local candle makers know about your site yet, and selfishly I hope it stays that way but I do want you to succeed so I constantly share your website with Canadian candle makers.
